Ρυζόγαλο - Rice Pudding
Ingredients
1 cup water
4 tablespoons uncooked rice
4 cups whole milk
1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
cinnamon
Method
1. Boil water.
2. Add rice, stir once, and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add milk & simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Mix cornstarch with 4 tablespoons of water. Add to rice slowly and stir.
5. Add sugar and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
7. Pour into individual cups.
8. Sprinkle with cinnamon & enjoy!
